The hoster is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit.b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 Para . 1 lit.f GDPR).

Our host will only process your data insofar as this is necessary to fulfill its performance obligations and follow our instructions with regard to this data.

2. Collection and processing of data when processing contracts and opening a customer account

3. Transfer of personal data

To fulfill the contract according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods ordered. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service provider commissioned by us or to the selected payment service. In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves if you create an account there. In this case, you must log in to the payment service provider with your access data during the ordering process.
