Shipping & Returns

PenjaMarket has a warehouse in Gönnheim (near Mannheim and Ludwigshafen). We currently only deliver to addresses within a 50 km radius of Mannheim. The reference for the delivery distance is the warehouse address: Bismarckstr. 27A, 67161 Gönnheim.

 

Packages to be delivered by an adress beyond the 50km radius will be sent by post via an external company.

Pick-up from our warehouse is also possible. in that case, the customer will be informed by email that the goods ordered are ready for collection. In this case, no delivery costs will be charged.

Delivery costs:

25 km radius: 4,99€

50 km radius: 7,99€

Beyond 50km (Post): 6,99€
